When we are young, we are constantly told that we are pretty, cute or beautiful. Which is fine. We are cute and pretty! But when we don't keep hearing those words, we start to crave them. Feelings of inadequacy take over all because of how we judge our own looks. This leads to all sorts of suffering which can affect the way we interact with others. Good news is, I see the world changing. Beauty is not defined so narrowly anymore. Women are being recognized as beautiful in all shapes and sizes, all ages, and all ethnicities. I just hope we can start using adjectives that describe women based on more than just the physical body. After all, it's the mind that really matters.✨

Holding the first finished copy of my new book!!! SANTA; is out Tuesday September 15th. I started this book almost 2 years ago and never thought it would get published. I wrote it quickly and then stashed it away. But something made me come back to it.
